Traditional Boxing Training:
A typical class may consist of a 10min. warm up – skip, jog or bike, 20min of abs and upper body exercises, shadowboxing etc, then boxing circuit training and bag drills, focus pad work for technique and fitness, optional light sparring, open training etc: Mon and Wed at 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Juniors) & 5:30pm to 6:30pm (Seniors).
F55 (Func.Cond.Circuit):
Typical classes include anything from focus pad-work, pilates, light-kicking, cardio-boxing drills, circuits, super-circuits, tummy-hips-thighs, skipping, exercise routines, leg conditioning, light weights, pump-box, kettle bells, to boxacise, etc. We like to mix things up with an emphasis on cardio work for toning and weight loss: Sat 10.00am.
Sparring and Open Gym:
Light sparring just turn up – or watch and train.
Bring your mouth guard.
Fri at 5.00pm
Yoga:
For stretching, balance, core, breathing, and relaxation: Tues at 6.00pm to 7.00pm (BYO towel).
One On One Training:
By appointment (one on one or group) catered to suit individual or group client needs – for Boxing and/or Fitness.
