Traditional Boxing Training:
A typical class may consist of a 10min. warm up – skip, jog or bike, 20min of abs and upper body exercises, shadowboxing etc, then boxing circuit training and bag drills, focus pad work for technique and fitness, optional light sparring, open training etc: Mon, Wed, Fri at 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Juniors) & 5:30pm to 6:30pm (Seniors).
Cardio-Tone Boxing and Circuit:
Typical classes include anything from focus pad-work, pilates, light-kicking, cardio-boxing drills, circuits, super-circuits, tummy-hips-thighs, skipping, exercise routines, leg conditioning, light weights, pump-box, kettle bells, to boxacise, etc. We like to mix things up with an emphasis on cardio work for toning and weight loss: Mon + Wed, at 6.30pm to 7.30pm & Sat 10.00am.
Yoga:
For stretching, balance, core, breathing, and relaxation: Tues at 6.00pm to 7.00pm (BYO towel).
One Hour Personal Training:
By appointment (one on one or group) catered to suit individual or group client needs – PT for Boxing and/or Fitness, as well as Krav maga (self defence) is our specialty!
Half Hour Personal Training:
By appointment (one on one or group) catered to suit individual or group client needs CORPORATE TRAINING: a selection of fun, fantastic programs: perfect for team building!
Boot Camp:
Tues and Thurs: Is seasonal and according to demand – bookings required.
Massage:
