OPEN FOR FULL GYM USE: 24 Hours a day, everyday! (Training solo or with friends/family at leisure).

TRADITIONAL BOXING TRAINING: a typical class may consist of a 10 min. warm up – skip, jog or bike, 20 min of abs and upper body exercises, shadowboxing, etc, then boxing circuit training and bag drills, focus pad work for technique and fitness, optional light sparring, open training, etc: Mon, Wed, Fri at 4.30pm to 5.30pm (juniors) & 5.30pm to 630pm (seniors).

CARDIO-TONE BOXING AND CIRCUIT: typical classes include anything from focus pad-work, pilates, light-kicking, cardio-boxing drills, circuits, super-circuits, tummy-hips-thighs, skipping, exercise routines, leg conditioning, light weights, pump-box, kettle bells, to boxacise, etc. We like to mix things up with an emphasis on cardio work for toning and weight loss:  Mon, and Wed, at 6.30pm to 7.30pm, and Sat 10.00am.

KRAV MAGA 100% SELF DEFENCE: for everyone, and everything to do with REALISTIC techniques and tactics of learning how to protect yourself and/or your loved ones  A must do for all men, women and teenagers for beginner and intermediate levels (call 0417144794).

YOGA for stretching, balance, core, breathing, and relaxation: Tues at 6.30pm to 7.30 (BYO towel).

ONE HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING: by appointment (one on one or group) catered to suit individual or group client needs – PT for Boxing and/or Fitness, is our specialty! (call 0417144794).
